HOPE South Florida’s Rapid Re-Housing program helps homeless families, veterans and individuals steer clear of detours and dead ends and return to permanent housing sooner. New Hope Housing Reed is the organization’s first supportive housing property for vulnerable families with children. It offers attractive, affordable apartment living with access to robust services and amenities. New Hope Housing Reed contains 187 units of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The HOPE program provides three different types of housing programming to individuals and families experiencing homelessness with the goal of helping them obtain and maintain housing stability. Each type of housing provides a different level of assistance for a different time period to meet the unique needs of each household. Rapid Re-Housing. To get home quickly, sometimes you need better directions. HOPE South Florida’s Rapid Re-Housing program helps homeless families, veterans and individuals steer clear of detours and dead ends and return to permanent housing sooner. Administered by the N.C. Office of Recovery and Resiliency in the Department of Public Safety, the HOPE Program promotes housing stability during the ongoing pandemic by providing rent and utility.

New Hope Housing Reed contains 187 units of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. It is situated on a campus of consolidated community services. Immediately adjacent to our Reed development is Star of Hope’s Women & Family Development Center and the Buckner Family Hope Center. Together, we have created a continuum of care model at Cornerstone CommunitySM .
The property is located off Highway 288 and Reed Road. It is a LEED Gold certified development designed by GSMA, Inc. and constructed by Camden Builders.
